This McLaren Vale Distillery has aspirations to be a whiskey wonderland for adults! With everything whiskey related, and a commercial scale distillery, visitors will be enchanted but also awe inspired!

We produce something of premium value that is both ancient and contemporary in technique, product and character. It is experienced with pleasure, appreciation and plenty of time. We want visitors to come to McLaren Vale and to go home with stories of inspiration and delight, and to come back because of that attention to timeless hospitality and charisma of place and product.

The project is development of a whiskey distillery and associated future tourism facilities.
